Marlon was wonderful to work with on our kitchen remodel. He was reponsive when problems arose and quick to come up with solutions that didn’t include extra costs to us and worked with the design of our 92 year old home. He was always honest and the site was left incredibly clean every day when his crew left. His team created several custom features from a hood over the oven to pantry shelving that both beautiful and highlight the kitchen! We would definitely use Marlon again!

IB Solutions did a great job replacing our flooring. We had to replace flooring in one room and they were the only contractor who even mentioned this would require refinishing the whole floor to match perfectly, so they saved us from having to go through multiple iterations to get it done right. For the actual work, they were professional, communicated well on timelines and cost, and got it done even a day earlier than planned. The finished floor looks beautiful, probably better than what we had initially because they sanded out some rough spots and replaced some boards that we have had since moving in.

Marlon was great….always kept us up to date during weather delays and when workers were going to show up. Marlon also was very good about walking us thru the project at various stages to make sure we were all on the same page. I can say I am very pleased with the results
